  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in fields such as public administration, political science, project management, or related areas, with demonstrated knowledge in international relations and International Cooperation for Development.​
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years (with a Bachelor’s degree) or 5 years (with a Master’s degree) of proven experience in project management, administration, strategic planning, coordination, and/or monitoring and evaluation of projects.​
  • Required Skills:
    • Experience in personnel and human resources management.​
    • Proven competencies in project administration, management, and execution.​
    • Experience in budget establishment and management.​
    • Practical understanding of logical frameworks, theory of change, or similar methodologies in project management.​
    • Leadership skills that are positive and open.​
