Job Overview:
The Anti-Trafficking Manager oversees strategy, development, implementation, and completion of all grants, contracts, and activities related to the survivors of trafficking and unaccompanied minors’ programs. Responsibilities include program oversight, staff supervision, grant development, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of Programs:
- Manage development, implementation, and compliance of all grants and contracts.
- Develop grant proposals and reports.
- Monitor service provision through case file reviews and quality assurance protocols.
- Manage department program budget and expenses.
- Ensure the team meets match obligations.
- Track finances, program budgets, and compliance.
- Develop and manage a system for program efficiency and outcome tracking.
- Staff Supervision and Other Responsibilities:
- Participate in program team meetings, staff training, and community presentations.
- Work with IRC Sacramento leadership and Technical Advisors to develop, implement, and monitor programs.
- Oversee department team members; evaluate performance.
- Provide professional development opportunities for staff.
- Recruit and train staff.
- Develop partnerships in the community and represent IRC in public forums.
- Facilitate interdepartmental communication and information sharing.
- Promote team engagement, inclusion, and cohesion.
- Foster ongoing learning and adherence to IRC policies.
Key Working Relationships:
- Reports to: Senior Protection and Wellness Manager
- Directly supervises: Anti-Trafficking and Unaccompanied Minors Staff
- Internal Contacts: Other department managers, Finance, Community Engagement, Development teams.
- External Contacts: Community-based organizations, employers, workforce agencies.
This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with a commitment to serving vulnerable populations and advocating for their needs within the community.
