Introduction: Nganampa Health Council (NHC) is an integral part of the Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara (APY) Lands community, serving as an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation dedicated to providing culturally appropriate healthcare services. As part of its commitment to empowering the local community, NHC is seeking a passionate and experienced individual to lead its Anangu Workforce Development Program (AWDP). Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive Experience in Inter-Cultural Work: The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in inter-cultural work with Indigenous Australians, particularly in remote or challenging environments. Role Overview: The Workforce Development Program Manager will play a pivotal role in leading NHC’s efforts to strengthen the capacity and engagement of Anangu employees within the organization.
